Lower bills.
Every room in order.
Air conditioning in an empty room, heating all night, a missed revision, a repair nobody wrote down. One system shows where the energy and the money go.

Easier operations, lower costs.
A guest reports the air conditioning in room 12 from their phone. The technician repairs it with the unit's history. The cleaning and the revisions run by their schedules. It knows what each meter normally does and alerts you when one doesn't. All of it on the phones you already have.

Typical sectors
One fault, start to finish
From the guest's phone to the cost per room
Reported from the room
The guest in room 12 scans the code by the door, writes that the air conditioning does not cool, adds a photo and sends it. No account, no app. The job opens at the room with its history, and reception sees it at once.
The technician takes it
The job is on their phone with the unit's record: the filter cleaned in May, the relay replaced a week later, and now the third fault this year. The checklist, the part and the hours go on the job as they happen.
The part comes off the shelf
The filter is booked out against the job. The shelf falls under its minimum, and a purchase request goes for approval on its own, with the supplier and the delivery date on the order that follows.
Closed with the photos
The job closes with the photos it requires, and the room is back in order. The unit's third fault puts it first on the replacement list.
The cost stays with the room
Labour, parts and external work add up per room and per month, so the rooms and units that cost the most are the ones to deal with first.
Use case
Lower your energy costs.
One bill for the whole site says how much. A meter on each distribution board says which rooms cool all day or heat all weekend, and a reading out of pattern raises the warning before the bill does.
The same watch covers the machine itself: vibration, temperature or pressure drifting out of pattern opens the work order before the breakdown does.
What changes
What changes in a hostel
Energy
Start with the main feed and the solar inverter: the night draw, the panels' production and the self-consumption. A meter on each distribution board shows which rooms cool all day or heat all weekend, and Mesonify learns the usual pattern itself and raises a reading that does not fit.
See RulesA fault from the guest's phone
A QR code in every room, in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The guest scans it, writes what is wrong and adds a photo, with no app and no account. The job opens at the room with its history, reception sees it, and the technician has it on their phone, with the response time, the repair time and the cost per room.
See EventsAir conditioning and heating
Every unit with its QR code, its manual and its warranty. Filters cleaned by the schedule before summer, with the job created ahead of time. A unit on its third fault goes for replacement first, and a clogged filter draws more, so the meter and the record say the same thing.
See DevicesCleaning and checks
Cleaning by the schedule: rooms, kitchen, bathrooms. The check between stays follows a checklist with required photos, what it finds becomes a job at that room, and the result is a pass or a fail with the date of the next check.
See SchedulesRevisions ahead of the deadline
Electrical revisions of the rooms and the solar installation, fire extinguishers, hydrants, the boiler and the lightning protection. The job appears ahead of the deadline with its checklist, and the protocol is printed and stays on the device, ready for any inspection: who, what and when.
See SchedulesCosts under control
Every repair with its cost, per room and per month. Bulbs, filters and cleaning supplies with a minimum, so an empty shelf raises a request. The purchase is approved before the money leaves, and every order carries its delivery date, its goods receipt and a late flag.

The check between stays
What the cleaner finds becomes a job
A room is handed over by a list, not from memory. The photos are required, and a fault does not get lost in a note at reception.
A checklist per room type
Bed linen changed, bathroom cleaned, fridge emptied, air conditioning running quietly. One list, written once, covers every room of the same type.
Photos required
The check cannot close without the photos it asks for, so the state of the room at handover is on record.
Pass or fail
The result and the date of the next check stay with the room, so the rooms that keep failing show up.
A fault straight from the check
The item that failed opens a job at that room, photo included. The technician has it on their phone before the cleaner has left the floor.
The cleaning round itself is a schedule: rooms, kitchen and bathrooms each on their own cycle, and the day's job appears by itself.

A small first step
Faults and revisions first, meters later. Switch on the modules you need and add the rest once the first ones have paid for themselves.
Any device
The phones your team already has, in the browser, with nothing to install. The guest needs nothing but the camera.
Hardware with installation
Mesonify is the software. The meters are fitted, configured, documented and revised by a partner company, or by the electrician you already use.
