What it does

Built for the station

Large buttons on a tablet, a panel PC or a phone. Readable from a step back, usable with gloves on.

Start, pause, finish

The operator picks the order from the queue and runs it. Setup, run and pause times record themselves.

Counts and scrap

Good units and rejects with a tap, or automatically from a counter on the machine, with the rejection reason kept.

Stop reasons at the moment

When the machine stops, the Terminal asks why. One tap on a reason from your own list and the stop is explained.

Maintenance one tap away

A fault reported from the Terminal becomes an event with the device, the order and the operator already on it.

Instructions where the work is

The drawing, the setup sheet and the checklist of the current operation, on the same screen as the counts.

How it works

  1. Sign in at the station

A PIN or a badge, so every count and every stop carries the operator's name and the shift it belongs to.

  2. Run the order

Take the next order from the queue, start it, and count good units and scrap as they come off the machine.

  3. Explain the stop

The machine stops, the Terminal asks for a reason, the operator taps one. Minutes and reason go straight into the OEE on the Dashboard.

  4. Call for help

One tap raises a fault with the device, the order and the operator on it. Maintenance sees it on its board before the operator has put the phone down.
