Machines ready when the season is

A breakdown in harvest costs more than the repair. Run the machinery, the stores and the processing on one system, with service that follows the hours a machine runs, parts on the shelf before the season starts, and faults reported from a phone wherever the machine stands.

One breakdown in harvest

From a stopped combine back to the field

  1. Reported where it stands

The driver scans the QR code in the cab, picks the component that failed and adds a photo. The job opens on that combine, with its hours, its manuals and every earlier repair.

  2. The workshop knows where to start

The workshop takes it as high priority. The AI repair suggestion shows what the same fault needed before, how long it took and which parts went in.

  3. The part is on the shelf, or on order

The belt comes out of stock against the job. If the shelf is empty, the purchase request is raised on its own, and once it is ordered, the dealer's order carries its delivery date and a flag if it runs late.

  4. Back in the field

The combine is marked operational again, and the downtime, the hours of work and the parts add up on the job.

  5. Next winter is planned from it

The dashboard ranks machines by their faults and shows what their downtime cost, so the overhaul starts with the machine that cost the most this harvest.

What changes

Ready for the season, every season

  • Service by hours, not by dates

Record the hour meter at every service, and a rule raises the next job once it passes your limit, so service follows how hard a machine has worked.

    See Schedules
  • Works where the machine is

Install it on a phone, scan the QR code on the machine, and report or close a job in the yard, the barn or the field.

    See Events
  • Parts before the season

Minimums on filters, belts, oils and knives raise the purchase request on their own, in time for the work rather than during it.

    See Inventory
  • Every machine's whole story

Hours, manuals, dealer contacts, components and every repair on one record, with the downtime and uptime behind it.

    See Devices
  • Stores and climate on watch

Silo, tank and barn readings from sensors through your gateway, with a rule that opens the job the moment a value crosses your limit.

    See Rules
  • Dealers held to their dates

Auto-numbered orders with an expected delivery, goods receipt with rejected items, a flag on anything late, and a rating for every supplier you buy from.

Between seasons

The overhaul happens in winter, not in harvest

The quiet months decide how the next harvest goes, and the record of the last one is what the plan is built from.

  • One plan for a whole fleet

A yearly schedule can cover several machines of a kind, with the checklist each service needs, created ahead of the date with a tolerance window.

  • Start with what failed

Machines ranked by their faults, a Pareto chart of the kinds of fault that came up most, and what the downtime cost, over the season you pick.

  • Parts bought in time

Suggested order quantities worked out from open requests, minimums, current stock and what is already on its way.

  • A history worth keeping

Every machine's repairs, parts and hours on one record, for the dealer's visit, a warranty claim or the day the machine is sold.

Modules

Modules are switched on per customer. Start with the ones you need and add the rest when you are ready.
