MES / Manufacturing Execution
See your production as it runs
Orders on the shop floor, machine data the moment it arrives, and the loss behind every stopped minute. On the same platform as your maintenance, warehouse and procurement.
Getting started
Three steps to a live shop floor
Plan the order
Production takes the order from the office or the ERP, puts it on a line and sets the sequence. The floor sees what runs now and what comes next.
Run it at the machine
Terminal is the operator's screen: start the order, count good units and scrap, name the stop and call maintenance without leaving the station.
Measure what it cost
Dashboard turns the counts and the stops into OEE per line and shift, with availability, performance and quality behind it, and ranks the losses by what they cost.
The production modules
Plan it, run it, measure it
Production, Terminal and Dashboard are the modules the shop floor runs on. They run on the same devices, users and permissions as the maintenance and warehouse modules, and a stop named at the terminal is the same record maintenance repairs and the Dashboard counts.
- ProductionWhat to run, where, and how far it has got. Dispatch orders to lines, put them in sequence, and watch progress come back from the floor as it happens.See Production
- TerminalThe operator's screen at the machine. Start the order, count the output, name the stop and call maintenance without leaving the station.See Terminal
- DashboardSee performance at a glance. OEE per line and shift beside MTBF and MTTR, on real-time dashboards that turn data into smarter decisions.See Dashboard
What you get
From the machine to the management report
Production orders on the floor
Dispatch what to run and where, sequence the queue, and watch good units, scrap and time come back against the plan.
See ProductionLive production data
Counts, cycle times and machine state arrive from the terminal, over the API or from sensors, and land on shop-floor boards straight away, with the status of the device beside them.
See MonitoringDowntime you can explain
Every stop is named at the terminal the moment it happens and carries its cost per hour, so a lost shift turns into a number you can act on.
See TerminalOEE
Availability, performance and quality in one figure, per line, shift and machine, with the three factors beside it so you know which one to chase.
See DashboardPareto root-cause analysis
Rank losses by what they actually cost and read the cumulative curve, so the first fix is the one that pays.
See DashboardInteractive plant layout
Your plant on one screen, every device a live pin with status, faults and sensor readings.

One platform
Production is one area of the platform
MES runs next to maintenance, warehouse, procurement and quality in the same system, on the same devices, under the same permissions. A stop on the floor can raise the work order, pull the spare part and order the replacement without leaving Mesonify.
