CMMS / Maintenance Management

From fault report to verified fix

Assets with their whole history, work orders that carry their checklist and their costs, and preventive schedules and condition rules that raise the work before anyone notices. One of the areas the platform runs, and the one the maintenance team lives in.

One fault, from the scan to the cost

Press 2 loses pressure. Follow the job from the QR scan that reports it through the queue, the repair and the check to what it cost, then watch schedules and condition rules raise the next job before anyone reports it.

Getting started

Three steps to maintenance under control

  1. Put the assets in

Import or add devices with their documents, photos and structure. Every level gets a QR code, so a machine can be identified from a phone.

  2. Let the work find its people

Faults reported from the floor, preventive schedules and condition rules all land in the same four-stage queue, with priority and deadline.

  3. Close the loop

Time, parts, downtime and external costs stay on the job. MTBF, MTTR and repair suggestions come out of the history you build.

What you get

From the asset register to the reliability numbers

  • Asset register

Master data, documents, photos, contacts and consumed parts per device, with modules and components beneath it so a fault points at the failing part.

  • Work orders end to end

New, assigned, completed, checked. Checklists with required photos, spare parts from the warehouse, and a complete activity history.

  • Preventive schedules

Daily to yearly with tolerance windows, planned from the last deadline or from actual completion, with ready-made event templates.

  • Condition rules

Watch a tracked value and raise the work the moment it crosses your threshold, with the corrective checklist already attached.

  • Cost per job

Staff time, parts, device downtime and external costs summed per event, with downtime cost per hour kept on the device.

  • MTBF, MTTR and AI suggestions

Reliability figures for any period, plus typical causes, repair time and parts used from past work on the same and similar devices.

One platform

Maintenance is one area of the platform

CMMS runs next to production, warehouse, procurement and quality in the same system. A fault can pull the spare part, raise the purchase and leave the record behind, without anyone leaving Mesonify.
