What it does

Flexible repetition

Daily to yearly with an every-N multiplier, end dates or a fixed number of occurrences. One schedule can cover several devices.

Tolerance windows

Events generate ahead of the deadline and stay valid for a set number of days after it before being flagged overdue.

Planning strategies

Plan the next event from the last deadline or from the actual completion date, whichever fits the asset.

Ready-made event templates

Priority, classification, estimated work time and required completion files preset, including electrical-safety revisions.

Checklists

Step-by-step tasks with info text and attached files on every generated event.

Revision deadlines

Electrical-safety revisions run as schedules. Each one comes due on its own deadline with the tolerance you allow, so the date is never kept in someone's spreadsheet.

How it works

  1. Describe the work once

The schedule holds the whole job: name, classification, device, module and component, group, priority, estimated work time, description and checklist.

  2. Set the rhythm

Daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, repeating every N periods, ending on a date or after a number of runs. A schedule that has run its course is marked as ended.

  3. Give it room

Events are generated ahead of the deadline, early in the morning, and stay acceptable for the tolerance in days you allow. The next one is planned from the last deadline or from actual completion.

  4. Ask for proof

Require a file and the job cannot be closed without one, with the checklist ticked through as well. The photo or the signed report lands on the event and stays in the device's history.
