What it does

Complete asset register

Master data, photos, documents, contacts and consumed spare parts for every device in one place.

Modules and components

A drill-down structure pins every fault to the exact failing part. Each level gets its own QR code.

Status and reliability

One-click operational status visible system-wide, with downtime graphs, uptime totals and MTBF for any period.

Tracked values

Numeric, text or true-false readings with history graphs. They feed Schedules and trigger Rules.

Inspections and measurements

Pass or fail inspection records with intervals, due dates, overdue filters and CSV bulk import.

QR codes and AI predictions

Bulk-printable QR codes, plus predicted faults and downtime probability for each day.

How it works

  1. Put the asset on record

Name, photo, group, location, manufacturer, year, commissioning date and the downtime cost per hour. Modules and components underneath give a fault something precise to point at.

  2. Print the codes

Every device and every component gets a QR code, printable in bulk. Scanning one opens the event form with the device already chosen.

  3. Watch what it tells you

Tracked values of number, text or true and false type keep their history. Technicians enter them when completing scheduled work, or another system posts them through the API.

  4. Read the record

Status changes drive downtime, MTBF and total uptime for any period, measurements hold pass or fail with the next due date, and the device jumps straight to its own events.
