WMS / Warehouse & Spare Parts

The part is there when the job needs it

Stock health with minimums, every movement behind its own permission, serial numbers down to the individual item and a QR code on every part. Parts are booked out at the shelf, from the phone already in hand, so the count on the screen is the count in the store.

One part, from the shelf to the supplier

Seal kit SK-40 is picked at the shelf and its quantity drops below the configured minimum. Follow the process: the automatic purchase request, the order that arrives late, goods receipt with a rejected item and serial numbers, and the rating the supplier earns.

Getting started

Three steps to a storeroom that watches itself

  1. Set up the shelf

Part numbers, locations down to the bin, delivery times and a minimum for anything that must never run out.

  2. Work the stock

Request, pick, order, restock, write off and return, each behind its own permission and each scanned from a phone.

  3. Let it reorder itself

Low stock raises a purchase request on its own, and the part carries the open requests and the orders already placed, so nobody buys the same thing twice.

What you get

From the shelf to the value of the stock

  • Stock health at a glance

Quantities turn orange at low stock and red below the minimum, on the part and on the monitoring board.

  • Every movement, its own permission

Request, pick, order, restock, write off and return, each granted per role and each written to the movement ledger.

  • Serial numbers

Track individual items with generation rules, in-stock or dispatched status and the history of each piece.

  • QR on every part

Scan to open a part, issue it or count it, from the same phone that reported the fault.

  • Parts straight from the job

A technician attaches parts to a work order, and a shortage becomes a purchase request without a second system.

  • Movement ledger

Every restock, pick, usage and write-off with quantity and value, so the value of your stock is never a guess.

One platform

The warehouse is one area of the platform

WMS sits between maintenance and procurement: the job consumes the part, low stock raises the request, and Orders turns it into an order and books the delivery back in.
