Layout

Your plant on one screen. An interactive floor plan where every device is a live pin with status, faults, and sensor readings.

What it does

Interactive floor plan

Upload your plant layout and pan and zoom across it like a map.

Live status pins

Green, red or grey pins reflect each device's real-time operational status.

Sensor readings in place

Tracked values stream live next to each pin, straight from the shop floor.

Fault badges

Open events show as counters on pins. Click through to assign, complete or open the full detail.

Smart clustering

Zoomed out, nearby pins group into clusters that inherit the worst status and flag open faults.

Simple editing

Click to place pins, drag to move them, choose displayed values and filter by team groups.

How it works

  1. Upload the floor plan

Any plan of your hall becomes the map. Pan and zoom across it, reset the view when you are lost.

  2. Drop the pins

In edit mode, click the plan to add a pin and drag it to move it. Each pin is bound to a device, or left empty until that device exists.

  3. Choose what a pin says

Live operational status colours the pin, the tracked values you pick appear beside it, and open faults show as a counter on top of it.

  4. Use it as a control room

Zoomed out, nearby pins group into clusters that take the worst status among them. Click through to assign, complete or open the full detail.

Layout and digital twin

The state of every machine and line, live

The plan stops being a drawing of the hall and becomes the picture of what the plant is doing right now.

  • Real time, not this morning

Every device on the plan carries its own operational status, so the state of a line is one glance rather than a walk and three phone calls.

  • Easier to talk about

A shared picture shortens handovers, stand-ups and escalations. Production, maintenance and management point at the same plan and decide from the same facts.

  • A better read on production

Where the faults sit, which area is loaded, what has been running warm since the morning shift. The plan answers it without anyone building a report.

Pins carry the values you pick next to them: air flow in m³/h, energy in kWh, vibration as RMS and peak per axis.
