Module
Inventory
Total control over materials. Manage requests, orders, storage, and issuance with barcode, QR, and RFID traceability.
What it does
Part master data
Part numbers, locations down to the bin, prices, delivery times and minimum stock thresholds.
Every stock action
Request, Pick, Order, Restock, Write off and Return. Each action is individually permission-gated.
Colour-coded stock health
Quantities turn orange at low stock and red below minimum. Low stock can raise requests automatically.
Ordering on the part
Order from the part itself, with the supplier, the quantity and the delivery you expect, then take the delivery in, accepting what arrived and rejecting the rest with a reason.
Serial-number tracking
Per-item serial numbers with generation rules, in-stock or dispatched status and individual item history.
Full movement ledger
Every restock, pick, usage and write-off recorded with quantity and value. QR codes jump straight to a part.
How it works
Describe the part
Part number, name, photo, location down to the exact spot, classification, estimated delivery time, and the minimum and low thresholds that colour the table.
Decide how it is tracked
Non-unique parts carry a quantity. Unique parts carry a serial number each, generated from your prefix and starting number, or typed in when the supplier sets them.
Move it only through the actions
Request, order, pick, restock, write off and return. Each has its own permission and each is written to the part history with quantity and value.
Let it ask for itself
Below the minimum, the part raises a purchase request on its own where configuration says so. The open requests and the orders already placed stay on the part, so whoever buys sees what is waiting and what is on the way.
