Module
Production
What to run, where, and how far it has got. Dispatch orders to lines, put them in sequence, and watch progress come back from the floor as it happens.
What it does
Orders from the office or the ERP
Create an order by hand or receive it over the REST API, with the product, the quantity, the due date and the line it belongs on.
Dispatch and sequence
Put an order on a line or a machine and drag it into the run order. The floor sees what is running now and what comes next.
Operations, not just orders
Split an order into operations across machines, each with its own setup time, cycle time and status.
Progress against plan
Good units, scrap and elapsed time come back from the Terminal and stand against the planned quantity, live.
Due dates that warn early
An order that will not make its deadline at the current pace turns amber before the shift ends, not after it.
The record stays on the order
When the order closes, its stops, its counts, its operators and the machines it ran on stay with it for traceability.
How it works
Plan it
Enter the order or let the ERP push it: product, quantity, due date, line. Split it into operations where more than one machine is involved.
Send it to the line
The order joins the queue on the line's Terminal in the sequence you choose. Reorder the queue and the floor sees the change at once.
Watch it run
Counts, stops and time against plan on the shop-floor board and in the office, the same figures for both.
Close it with its history
The finished order carries what was made, what was scrapped, where it stopped and who ran it. Nothing to type up afterwards.
Works with
Modules are switched on per customer. Start with the ones you need and add the rest when you are ready.
