Public upkeep you can account for

Roads, street lights, buildings, pumping stations and the fleet in one register, with priorities you can defend and a cost on every job. When the council asks what was done, what it cost and who decided, the answer is already on record.

Typical sectors

One report, start to finish

From a dark street to a costed job

  1. The report lands on the asset

A crew member scans the QR code on the lighting column, or a system the town already runs sends the report through the API. The job opens on that column, with its district and every earlier repair.

  2. The priority can be defended

The dispatcher sets a priority and a deadline and assigns the lighting crew. A job left unassigned for too long is flagged by an automation before it turns into a complaint.

  3. The material comes out of the store

The crew books the lamp and the driver out of stock against the job. When the stock falls below its minimum, a purchase request goes for approval on its own.

  4. The purchase can be traced

Approval, a supplier from the register, an auto-numbered order, goods receipt with any rejected items and the invoice number. A late delivery is flagged before anyone has to chase it.

  5. The record answers the question

Staff time, materials and external work add up on the job, the activity history shows who did what and when, and the dashboard carries it into the month's figures for that district.

What changes

Accountability built into the work

  • One register for the whole town

Roads, lights, buildings, pumps, playgrounds and vehicles, each with its location, documents, photos and every job it has had.

    See Devices
  • Priorities you can defend

Priorities and deadlines that turn red when they slip, a queue that shows what is waiting and on whom, and a complete activity history on every job.

    See Events
  • Inspections on schedule

Playgrounds, bridges, lifts and electrical installations inspected on schedules that create the job ahead of its deadline, with the checklist and the files it has to come back with.

    See Schedules
  • Purchasing you can trace

Requests with approval, urgency and deadlines, suppliers with approval statuses and ratings, and goods receipt with invoice numbers, from the first request to the last delivery.

    See Order Requests
  • Every cost traceable

Staff time, materials and external work summed per job, and dashboards for spend, completed work and deadlines over any district and period.

    See Dashboard
  • Nothing waits unnoticed

An automation flags a job nobody has taken or a deadline a few days away, and tells the people you name by push notification or e-mail.

Out of sight

The networks nobody walks past

Pumps, pipes and the fleet only get noticed when they fail in public. Let the readings and the kilometres raise the work first.

  • Pumping stations that report

Pressure, flow and level from sensors through your own gateway. A rule opens a job with its priority and checklist the moment a reading crosses your limit.

  • Vehicles serviced by use

Kilometres or engine hours recorded at every service, and a rule that raises the next job once they pass your limit, for the gritter as much as the refuse truck.

  • Ready before the winter

Yearly schedules for gritters, ploughs and the heating in public buildings, created ahead of the season with the checklist each one needs.

  • A board at the depot

New and assigned faults with their priorities and districts, full screen on the depot wall, so every crew sees what is open before it drives out.

Crews need nothing more than a phone. Readings from sensors reach Mesonify through a gateway of your own and the documented REST API.

Modules

Modules are switched on per customer. Start with the ones you need and add the rest when you are ready.
