The machine tells you before the operator does

Vibration, temperature and pressure creep before they break something. A rule watches the value you care about and writes the work order the moment it crosses your line.

The problem

A reading drifts for weeks in a spreadsheet nobody opens, and the first real signal is the stoppage.

How Mesonify carries it

  1. Pick the value and the line

Choose a tracked value on the device and a comparison: above, below, equal, or simply true. The threshold is yours to set.

  2. The rule writes the job

When the value crosses, a fault or activity is created with its name, type, classification, priority and corrective checklist already filled in.

  3. Act before the stop

The job appears on the shop-floor board and in the queue, and the rule register shows how often each rule fired and when it last did.

What you can put a sensor on

The parameters that move before the machine stops

Condition monitoring watches machine parameters such as vibration, temperature or oil quality, to catch the change that says a fault is forming.

  • Motors and drives

Temperature and vibration sensors mounted directly on the motor or the drive.

  • Pumps and compressors

Pressure and flow sensors that show the condition of the pump or the compressor.

  • The space around them

Temperature, humidity and ambient pressure sensors for the environment the equipment stands in.

  • Tanks and silos

Capacitive, radar or ultrasonic sensors for level measurement.

Sensors reach Mesonify over IO-Link, PROFINET or Modbus through your gateway, or send their readings straight to the REST API.

Modules

Modules are switched on per customer. Start with the ones you need and add the rest when you are ready.
