Suppliers
The vendors behind every order. One register with certificates and addresses, and ratings on the criteria you set.
What it does
The register
Company name, ID and VAT number, area of work, address and delivery address, bank account, certificates and description, in one record.
Your own criteria
Score the criteria your company buys on, as many as you need: price, delivery time, quality, certificates. Anything that does not fit a delivery is marked as not applicable.
Rated when the order closes
Rate a supplier from the register, or right when you complete their order, while the delivery is still fresh.
Approval that follows the rating
The ratings set the approval status on their own, so who the company may buy from follows the deliveries rather than someone's memory.
Rating history
Every rating is kept with its description, so a score is a record of deliveries and not an opinion.
Used wherever you buy
The same register serves orders, requests and the warehouse, so one supplier stands behind the request, the order and the shelf.
How it works
Keep the register
One record per company: who they are, where they deliver, which certificates they hold and how they are paid.
Rate on your own criteria
Score each criterion with a description, or mark it as not applicable when it does not fit the delivery. The criteria are yours, and you add the ones you need.
Let the history choose
Ratings pile up into a record you can compare, and the approval status follows from them, so the next order goes to a supplier the numbers stand behind.
Works with
Modules are switched on per customer. Start with the ones you need and add the rest when you are ready.
