If your question is not here, a person answers it faster than a page can. ## Getting started ### How long does it take to get running? That depends on how much you switch on. A single module with your devices loaded is a short project; the whole platform across production, maintenance, warehouse and purchasing takes longer because it touches more people. Ask for a demo and we will walk through a realistic plan for your plant. ### What do you need from us to start? A list of what you maintain and, if you want the warehouse from day one, a list of your spare parts. Photos, manuals and documents can follow later; every device and part can carry them at any time. ### Can we start with one module and add more later? Yes, and most customers do. Modules are switched on per customer, so you can start where it hurts most, production data on the floor, fault reporting or the spare-parts store, and add the rest when the first part is running. ### Does anything have to be installed? No. Mesonify runs in the browser. On a phone or tablet it can be installed to the home screen like an app, which is how the shop floor usually uses it, with the camera for scanning QR codes. ## The platform ### Which modules are there? Production, Terminal, Events, Devices, Schedules, Rules, Monitoring, Inventory, Order Requests, Orders, Suppliers, Layout, Dashboard, NCR and Automations. Each one has a page of its own with what it does and how it works. [See all modules](https://mesonify.com/modules) ### What do we get whatever we switch on? Export with automatic backups, contacts, a calendar, users and permissions, the REST API, the AI assistant, notifications and weekly reports, fault prediction, and the app on any device. Those are part of Mesonify itself, not modules you add. ### Which languages does it speak? The app and this site both run in several languages, and each person picks their own. Ask us which ones you need. ### Does it work on the shop floor, not just in the office? That is where it is meant to be. Phones and tablets get the same system as the desktop, QR codes on devices and parts open the right screen from the camera, and monitoring boards are built to be read across a hall. ## Your data ### Who owns the data? You do. You can export it whenever you want, and automatic backups run without you asking. ### Where does it run? On your own secure cloud, separate from every other customer. We can put it in the region you need, in Europe or anywhere else in the world, so your data sits where your own rules say it has to. ### Can we control who sees what? Roles are defined per customer, every permission is a switch on a role, and individual people can be given extra rights on top. Groups and locations decide which devices, events and notifications someone sees at all. ### Is there an audit trail? Every event keeps a full history: creation, assignment, completion, checks, comments, cost entries and every stock movement it caused. Parts keep their own movement history, and supplier ratings keep theirs. ## Integration ### Is there an API? Yes, a documented REST API secured with keys, and it covers the platform rather than a fixed handful of calls. Sending readings for a device, creating events and picking or restocking parts by count or by serial number are examples, not the limit. Each key carries its own permissions, and the documentation is there so your own developers can build on it themselves. [See what flows through the API](https://mesonify.com/integrations) ### Can Mesonify call our systems? An automation can call an HTTPS endpoint of yours as one of its actions, so a change in Mesonify becomes a request to your own system. You can also export data as a file whenever you need it. ### Can you connect our ERP? Through the API, in the shape that suits the two systems. There is no per-vendor connector to buy and nothing to install on your side. Tell us which system and what should flow between them, and we will tell you what it takes. ## Commercial ### How does it work commercially? You pay for the modules you switch on, so a plant that starts with fault reporting pays for less than one running the whole platform. There are no hidden fees. Ask sales for a quote and you get one for your plant, not a list you have to translate. ### How long are we tied in? You can cancel anytime. If you leave, you take your data with you: export is yours to run whenever you want. ### Can we see it with our own data first? Yes, that is what a demo is for. Tell us what you run and what you want to see, and we come back with a time to walk through it on your own production data. Ask us whatever this page leaves out. It reaches the team that builds and sells the platform. [Contact](https://mesonify.com/contact) Anything here you would like to see working in your own plant? Where the term describes something we do, the entry links to the page about it. ### API key A secret that identifies a system calling an interface, carrying its own permissions so it can do only what it is meant to do. [Integrations](https://mesonify.com/integrations) ### Audit trail The complete record of who did what and when, kept as the work happens rather than written up afterwards. [Events](https://mesonify.com/modules/events) ### Checklist The list of steps a job has to go through, ticked off one by one, sometimes with a photo required before the job can be closed. [Events](https://mesonify.com/modules/events) ### CMMS Computerised maintenance management system: software that holds the asset register, the work orders and the maintenance history in one place, so repairs and inspections stop living in spreadsheets. [CMMS](https://mesonify.com/platform/cmms) ### Condition-based maintenance Work triggered by a measured condition rather than by a date: vibration above a limit, a temperature that keeps climbing, a pressure that drops. [Condition monitoring](https://mesonify.com/use-cases/condition-monitoring) ### Downtime count How many times an asset stopped in a period, as distinct from how long it stood. Many short stops and one long one call for different fixes. [Downtime analysis](https://mesonify.com/use-cases/downtime-analysis) ### EAM Enterprise asset management: the wider view of an asset over its whole life, from purchase and commissioning through maintenance to disposal, with the costs attached at every stage. [Platform](https://mesonify.com/platform) ### Electrical revision A statutory electrical safety inspection, recorded with its result, its date and a printable protocol for whoever asks to see it. [Schedules](https://mesonify.com/modules/schedules) ### Goods receipt Booking in what a supplier actually delivered, including partial deliveries and the items that had to be rejected and sent back. [Orders](https://mesonify.com/modules/orders) ### MES Manufacturing execution system: software that follows production while it runs, from what is being made on which line to why a line stopped. [MES](https://mesonify.com/platform/mes) ### Minimum stock threshold The quantity below which a part has to be reordered. Crossing it is what turns a shelf into a purchase request. [Inventory](https://mesonify.com/modules/inventory) ### MIT Mean idle time: the average time a job sat waiting before anyone worked on it. High idle time points at dispatching rather than at the repairs themselves. [Dashboard](https://mesonify.com/modules/dashboard) ### MTBF Mean time between failures: the average time an asset runs between one failure and the next. Rising MTBF means fewer stoppages, whatever the repairs cost. [Devices](https://mesonify.com/modules/devices) ### MTTR Mean time to recovery: the average time it takes to get an asset running again after a failure. It measures the repair, not how often the failure happens. [Dashboard](https://mesonify.com/modules/dashboard) ### MWT Mean work time: the average time actually spent working on jobs, as opposed to the time those jobs spent waiting for someone. [Dashboard](https://mesonify.com/modules/dashboard) ### Nonconformance report (NCR) The controlled record of one nonconformity: what deviated from which requirement, what was done with the affected item, why it happened and what was done so it does not happen again. [NCR](https://mesonify.com/modules/ncr) ### OEE Overall equipment effectiveness: availability multiplied by performance multiplied by quality, expressed as one figure for a line, a shift or a machine. [MES](https://mesonify.com/platform/mes) ### Pareto analysis Ranking causes by how often or how expensively they occur, with a cumulative curve, so the few that account for most of the loss stand out from the rest. [Downtime analysis](https://mesonify.com/use-cases/downtime-analysis) ### Predictive maintenance Using recorded history and readings to estimate when a machine is likely to fail, so the work happens shortly before it does rather than long before or just after. [Devices](https://mesonify.com/modules/devices) ### Preventive maintenance Work planned by time or by usage rather than by failure: a service every three months or every five hundred hours, whether anything looks wrong or not. [Preventive maintenance](https://mesonify.com/use-cases/preventive-maintenance) ### Purchase request An internal ask to buy something, raised before an order exists, so approval happens before any money is committed. [Purchase approval](https://mesonify.com/use-cases/purchase-approval) ### QR code A printed code on an asset or a shelf that opens the right record when someone scans it with a phone camera. [Devices](https://mesonify.com/modules/devices) ### RFID Radio-frequency identification: tags read by radio rather than by sight, used where scanning each item with a camera would be too slow. [Inventory](https://mesonify.com/modules/inventory) ### Root cause The condition that actually produced a failure, as opposed to the symptom that was noticed first. Fixing the symptom brings the same stoppage back. [Downtime analysis](https://mesonify.com/use-cases/downtime-analysis) ### Serial-number tracking Following individual items rather than quantities, so each piece has its own identity and history from goods receipt to the machine it ended up in. [Part traceability](https://mesonify.com/use-cases/part-traceability) ### Supplier scoring Rating suppliers on agreed criteria so the choice of supplier rests on a record rather than on who remembers the last bad delivery. [Supplier scoring](https://mesonify.com/use-cases/supplier-scoring) ### Tracked value A reading kept on an asset over time, such as a temperature, a pressure or an hour count, with its history and the limits that make it interesting. [Rules](https://mesonify.com/modules/rules) ### Uptime The total time an asset was available and running over a chosen period, the counterpart of the time it stood. [Devices](https://mesonify.com/modules/devices) ### Webhook An HTTP call one system makes to another when something happens, so a change here becomes a request there without anyone asking repeatedly. [Integrations](https://mesonify.com/integrations) ### WMS Warehouse management system: software that tracks what is in stock, where it sits and every movement in and out. In maintenance it usually means the spare-parts store. [WMS](https://mesonify.com/platform/wms) ### Work order The record of one job: what is to be done, on which asset, by whom and by when, and what it cost once it was finished. Mesonify certifies nobody. What it does is produce the records that show the system runs: the plan, what actually happened, who did it, and what was on the shelf at the time. [Request a demo](https://mesonify.com/demo) [Manufacturing](https://mesonify.com/industries/manufacturing) ## What the standard asks of maintenance - A documented maintenance system for the equipment that keeps production capable, holding the minimum steps that keep it producing to specification over its working life. - Planned preventive maintenance, with predictive methods where they suit the equipment. - Periodic overhaul: taking equipment out of service on purpose, on the evidence of its fault and interruption history, before a major unplanned breakdown. - Replacement parts available for the equipment production depends on. - Maintenance objectives that are documented, measured and reviewed. ## What an auditor asks to see - The plan, and evidence that the work in it happened on the dates it said. - The full history of one machine the auditor points at, without a search through folders. - Who did the work, when, what was replaced, and whether the check afterwards passed. - The parts held for key equipment, and what happens when a level runs low. - The objectives, with the numbers behind them for a period, not an assertion. ## Where that evidence comes from ### The asset and its history Devices holds master data, documents, photos and structure down to the component, with every job the machine has ever carried. [Devices](https://mesonify.com/modules/devices) ### The maintenance plan Schedules generate the work ahead of its deadline, inside a tolerance window, planned from the last deadline or from actual completion. [Schedules](https://mesonify.com/modules/schedules) ### Predictive and condition-based work Rules watch a tracked value and raise the job when it crosses your limit. Devices with enough recorded failures carry a downtime probability per day. [Rules](https://mesonify.com/modules/rules) ### Proof the work was done properly Events move from new to assigned to completed to checked, with checklists, required photos, the parts used and a printable protocol. [Events](https://mesonify.com/modules/events) ### Spare parts for key equipment Inventory holds a minimum and a low threshold per part, raises a purchase request on its own below the minimum, and records every movement with quantity and value. [Inventory](https://mesonify.com/modules/inventory) ### The objectives, measured Dashboard carries MTBF, MTTR, mean work time, mean idle time, completion against deadline and Pareto over classifications, for any period, device, group or location. [Dashboard](https://mesonify.com/modules/dashboard) Clause numbering follows IATF 16949:2016. Run the machinery, the stores and the processing on one system, with service that follows the hours a machine runs, parts on the shelf before the season starts, and faults reported from a phone wherever the machine stands. [Request a demo](https://mesonify.com/demo) [All industries](https://mesonify.com/industries) ## What you maintain here - Tractors and harvesters - Implements - Irrigation and pumps - Grain stores and dryers - Milking and cooling - Processing lines ## Typical sectors The season decides when a machine may break, and it never agrees. Tractors, combines and sprayers are serviced by the hours they run, the winter overhaul is a schedule with its own checklist, and the filters, knives and belts for harvest are on the shelf before it starts. Feeding, ventilation and water cannot wait until Monday. Fans, feeders and drinkers are on routine checks, a barn temperature or humidity reading past your limit opens a high-priority job, and the notification reaches the phones of the people you choose. The parlour runs every day, and a warm cooling tank can cost a day's milk. A rule watches the tank temperature, the parlour is serviced on schedule with liners and seals in stock, and every repair stays on the machine's record for the dealer's next visit. Stored grain spoils quietly. Temperature and level readings from the silos reach Mesonify through your gateway and open a job when they cross your limit, dryers and conveyors are checked before harvest, and the site plan shows every silo with its latest reading. In a greenhouse, the climate is the crop. Heating, ventilation and irrigation pumps are serviced on schedule. Rules watch temperature, humidity and pump pressure, and the dashboard shows which systems fail most often, so their spares are the ones kept in stock. Where the farm becomes a factory, production belongs on the same system. Orders on the line, good units and scrap, stop reasons and OEE per shift run beside the upkeep of the line, and hygiene checks come back with their checklist and photos. [How Mesonify runs a plant](https://mesonify.com/industries/manufacturing) One breakdown in harvest ## From a stopped combine back to the field ### Reported where it stands The driver scans the QR code in the cab, picks the component that failed and adds a photo. The job opens on that combine, with its hours, its manuals and every earlier repair. ### The workshop knows where to start The workshop takes it as high priority. The AI repair suggestion shows what the same fault needed before, how long it took and which parts went in. ### The part is on the shelf, or on order The belt comes out of stock against the job. If the shelf is empty, the purchase request is raised on its own, and once it is ordered, the dealer's order carries its delivery date and a flag if it runs late. ### Back in the field The combine is marked operational again, and the downtime, the hours of work and the parts add up on the job. ### Next winter is planned from it The dashboard ranks machines by their faults and shows what their downtime cost, so the overhaul starts with the machine that cost the most this harvest. What changes ## Ready for the season, every season ### Service by hours, not by dates Record the hour meter at every service, and a rule raises the next job once it passes your limit, so service follows how hard a machine has worked. [See Schedules](https://mesonify.com/modules/schedules) ### Works where the machine is Install it on a phone, scan the QR code on the machine, and report or close a job in the yard, the barn or the field. [See Events](https://mesonify.com/modules/events) ### Parts before the season Minimums on filters, belts, oils and knives raise the purchase request on their own, in time for the work rather than during it. [See Inventory](https://mesonify.com/modules/inventory) ### Every machine's whole story Hours, manuals, dealer contacts, components and every repair on one record, with the downtime and uptime behind it. [See Devices](https://mesonify.com/modules/devices) ### Stores and climate on watch Silo, tank and barn readings from sensors through your gateway, with a rule that opens the job the moment a value crosses your limit. [See Rules](https://mesonify.com/modules/rules) ### Dealers held to their dates Auto-numbered orders with an expected delivery, goods receipt with rejected items, a flag on anything late, and a rating for every supplier you buy from. [See Orders](https://mesonify.com/modules/orders) Between seasons ## The overhaul happens in winter, not in harvest The quiet months decide how the next harvest goes, and the record of the last one is what the plan is built from. ### One plan for a whole fleet A yearly schedule can cover several machines of a kind, with the checklist each service needs, created ahead of the date with a tolerance window. ### Start with what failed Machines ranked by their faults, a Pareto chart of the kinds of fault that came up most, and what the downtime cost, over the season you pick. ### Parts bought in time Suggested order quantities worked out from open requests, minimums, current stock and what is already on its way. ### A history worth keeping Every machine's repairs, parts and hours on one record, for the dealer's visit, a warranty claim or the day the machine is sold. Give the estates team and the lab managers one register, with the checks planned, the results on record and faults reported by anyone on staff. [Request a demo](https://mesonify.com/demo) [All industries](https://mesonify.com/industries) ## What you maintain here - Building systems - Lab and research equipment - Fire safety and emergency lighting - Lifts - Electrical installations - Sports facilities ## Typical sectors A university is a town of buildings with a lab in half of them. The estates team runs heating, lifts and fire checks across the campus, each faculty sees the equipment in its own labs, and the dashboard shows where the work and the spend went, by building and by period. A school has one caretaker and a building full of people who notice things. Teachers report a broken radiator or a flickering light from a phone with a photo, the caretaker works through a queue sorted by priority, and the bigger works are scheduled for the holidays, when the building is empty. An instrument that fails mid-experiment costs weeks, not hours. Every instrument carries its documents, service contacts and inspection dates, measurements are recorded pass or fail with the instrument and certificate they were taken with, and a freezer reading past its limit opens the job straight away. Tenant labs share a building, and the plant that serves it. The park's own team looks after ventilation, compressed air and pure water, groups keep each tenant to its own equipment and jobs, and both sides work in one register without seeing each other's. The first week of term brings every fault the summer hid. Jobs are sorted by priority and by block, rooms are checked on a schedule over the summer, and the parts that go most often are kept in stock with a minimum: locks, lamps, shower fittings. Pools, sports halls and gyms are inspected for safety and judged by whoever walks in. Water treatment readings go on record at every check and open a job when they cross your limits, equipment inspections carry pass or fail with a due date, and the fault board shows the front desk what is out of order. One inspection, start to finish ## From the due date to the signed protocol ### The check raises itself Ahead of the due date, the schedule creates the fire alarm test for the science block, with its checklist and the photos it has to come back with, and it lands with that building's team. ### The results go on record The technician works through the checklist on a phone and enters the readings the schedule asks for. One detector fails. ### The fix is already queued The failed reading raises a follow-up job on its own, with its priority, its deadline and the checklist for the repair, before the technician has left the building. ### The part is approved and ordered The replacement detector comes off the shelf. If there is none, the request goes to the budget holder for approval and on to the supplier as an order. ### The protocol is ready The repair is checked, the protocol prints from the job, and the detector's history shows the failed test and the fix side by side, with who did what and when. What changes ## Estates and labs on one register ### Safety checks on time Fire alarms, emergency lighting, lifts and electrical installations on schedules that create the job ahead of its deadline and flag it overdue once the tolerance runs out. A fault reaches the right trade with the floor and a photo on it, the air handling and lift checks raise themselves on schedule, and the facility manager sees what is still open in every building on one board. A jammed entrance or a warm chiller costs sales by the hour. A high-priority fault goes to the top of the queue, a rule opens the job when a refrigeration temperature crosses your limit, and spares for doors, escalators and lighting sit on the shelf with a minimum that raises the purchase request before they run out. Residents report the same stairwell light more than once, and every call deserves an answer. Each report lands on the asset it is about, so its history shows whether this is the first time or the fourth, and the recurring gas, electrical and lift checks run on schedules with a protocol printed from every one. Dock doors, levellers, sprinklers and charging points keep the trucks moving. The site plan shows a live pin on each of them, every forklift's hour meter is recorded at its service and raises the next job once it passes your limit, and the parts for the doors that break most often are kept in stock. A ventilation unit, a lift or a backup generator is not something to find broken in a hospital. Their tests raise themselves ahead of the deadline, results are recorded pass or fail with the protocol printed, and each check comes back with the photos and files the inspector expects to see. Town halls, libraries and courts are inspected, audited and paid for from a public budget. Every job keeps its full history and its costs, electrical-safety revisions and fire checks print as protocols, and permissions keep each contractor to the buildings they were hired for. [Mesonify for municipalities](https://mesonify.com/industries/municipalities) One complaint, start to finish ## From a cold office to a closed job ### The fault lands on the asset A tenant calls reception about a cold floor. The caretaker scans the QR code on the air handler and adds a photo, and the job opens on the right asset in the right building, with its history already attached. ### The right trade takes it The job goes to the heating team with a priority and a deadline. If nobody picks it up within the hours you set, an automation tells the facility manager before the tenant has to call again. ### The part is on the shelf, or on its way The engineer books the valve out of the site's stock against the job. If the shelf is empty, a purchase request goes for approval on its own. ### The repair is proven The checklist is ticked, the photos the job requires are attached, and the contractor's invoice goes on as an external cost with the file beside it. ### The owner sees it Staff time, parts and external work add up on the job, the dashboard counts it against the building, and the weekly summary tells the manager what closed and what is still waiting. What changes ## Every site, every trade, one register ### Every site on one register Buildings, plant rooms and the assets in them, each with its documents, photos, service contacts and full history, split by site and group so every team sees its own. [Request a demo](https://mesonify.com/demo) [All industries](https://mesonify.com/industries) ## What you maintain here - Rooms - HVAC and boilers - Lifts - Kitchen and laundry - Pool and wellness ## Typical sectors In a city hotel, a room out of order tonight is revenue that does not come back tomorrow. Housekeeping reports the fault from the room with a photo, the technician on shift gets it on a phone with the room's history, and the front desk sees live when the room is back in service. A resort is a small town of pools, kitchens, grounds and laundry, often across more than one building. Every asset sits on one register and on the floor plan, service plans follow the season, and the deep cleans and refurbishments for the quiet months are planned before the last guests leave. Pool water, saunas and treatment rooms are judged by every guest and checked by the inspector. Water readings go on record at every check, a value outside your limits opens a job straight away, and heaters, pumps and filters are serviced on plan with their parts in stock. Guests cook, wash and stay for weeks, so appliances wear the way they do at home, only faster. Each apartment keeps the history of its appliances and repairs, the check between stays comes back with its photos, and the spares that go most often are kept with a minimum. An event day has no slack: the air conditioning, the lifts and the AV have to work at eight in the morning. The checks before an event run from a checklist with required photos, a fault gets a high priority and a deadline, and the board in the technical office shows what is still open. A kitchen that loses a fridge loses the stock inside it. Fridge and freezer temperatures go on record, a reading past your limit opens the job, and ovens, dishwashers and extraction run on service plans with the dealer's contact on every machine. One room, start to finish ## From a guest's complaint to a room back in service ### Reported from the room The guest in 214 says the air conditioning is not cooling. Housekeeping scans the QR code in the room and snaps a photo, and the job opens on that room with every earlier repair. ### The technician on shift takes it It goes out with a high priority, because the room is sold tonight. The technician gets it on a phone with the room's history, and the AI repair suggestion shows what the same fault needed before and which parts it used. ### The part comes from the storeroom The filter or the fan motor is booked out against the job. If the shelf is empty, a purchase request goes for approval on its own. ### The room is back in service The job closes with the photos it requires, the room is marked operational again, and the front desk sees it live. ### The numbers stay with the room Response time, repair time and the full cost of the job add up per room, so the rooms and units that fail most often go first on the refurbishment plan. ## What you get ### Faults & repairsFrom report to fixed - QR code in every room: housekeeping scans, snaps a photo, done in seconds - Technicians get the job on their phone with the room's full history - Front desk sees live when a room is back in service - Response and repair times tracked, with full costs per room - [Events](https://mesonify.com/modules/events) ### Rooms & assetsEverything on record - Every room and every asset: HVAC, boilers, elevators, kitchen, laundry, pool - Full history, documents, warranties and photos on one card - Interactive floor plans with live status per room and device - QR codes on rooms and equipment: scan to see everything - [Devices](https://mesonify.com/modules/devices) - [Layout](https://mesonify.com/modules/layout) ### PreventionSafety & compliance - Service plans for boilers, HVAC, elevators, pools and fire safety - Recurring checks create work orders automatically: nothing gets forgotten - Electrical-safety revisions with printable protocols - Audit-ready: a complete trail of who did what and when - [Schedules](https://mesonify.com/modules/schedules) ### InspectionsChecklists & audits - Room inspections with pass or fail results and due dates - Checklists with required photos at completion - Measured values on record: pool water, fridge temperatures, boiler pressure - Seasonal deep cleans and refurbishments planned ahead - [Devices](https://mesonify.com/modules/devices) - [Events](https://mesonify.com/modules/events) ### Spares & buyingStoreroom & suppliers - Storeroom with minimum levels: bulbs, filters and parts never run out - Low stock creates a purchase request automatically - Approval workflow, supplier register and auto-numbered orders - Goods receipt with late-delivery flags and invoicing - [Inventory](https://mesonify.com/modules/inventory) - [Order Requests](https://mesonify.com/modules/order-requests) - [Orders](https://mesonify.com/modules/orders) Back of house ## The plant room, the kitchen and the pool Guests never see the boiler room or the cold store. Preventive plans, tool and mould history and every minute of downtime sit in one system, so a stopped line has an owner in minutes and the evidence an IATF 16949 auditor asks for is a report, not a folder hunt. [What an IATF 16949 audit asks for](https://mesonify.com/iatf-16949) Moulds and machines wear by cycles, not by calendar. Schedules ask for the shot or hour count at every service and raise the follow-up job once it crosses your limit, rules watch hydraulic temperature and pressure, and every mould carries its own history, documents and QR code. A machine shop lives on spindles and tooling. Vibration and temperature rules flag a bearing or a spindle before it takes the job down with it, and the technician gets the drawing, the checklist and the spare part from the QR code on the machine. SMT lines need calibrated equipment and traceability. Inspections and measurements carry pass or fail with a due date, spare parts are tracked to the serial number, and the audit trail shows who did what to which device and when. Nothing here happens without a record. Checklists require their files and photos before a job can be closed, revisions and inspections print as protocols, and every device keeps its full history ready for the next audit. Hygiene and the cold chain do not wait for the next shift. Temperature rules raise the job the moment a limit is crossed, cleaning and inspection routines repeat on schedule, and an operator reports a fault from the floor on a phone. Packaging lines lose their capacity in short stops nobody writes down. Stops and their reasons land on the shop-floor board as they happen, and Pareto ranks the losses by what they actually cost, so the first fix is the one that pays. Sawing and sanding wear tools and clog extraction. Preventive schedules keep blades, filters and extraction on plan, low stock raises the purchase request on its own, and each machine keeps its history under the QR code beside it. An hour in the plant ## One stop, no paperwork ### The line reports itself The order reaches the line on the terminal, and output, stops and machine state land on the shop-floor board as they happen. When a line goes down, the operator names the stop with one tap and everyone sees it at once instead of at the end of the shift. ### The job gets an owner An operator scans the QR code on the machine, maintenance takes the job with a priority and a deadline, and the checklist and the photos it requires travel with it. ### The part comes off the shelf The technician attaches the spare part from the warehouse. If it is not in stock, the request reaches purchasing on its own. ### The order runs its course Approval, supplier, auto-numbered order, goods receipt. A late delivery is flagged before anyone asks about it. ### The work is proven The checklist the job required comes back with its photos and its measurements, and a machine due an electrical-safety revision gets its protocol against the same device record. ### The record closes Repair time, downtime, parts and cost stay with the device, and the lost minutes land against the line and the order they came from. OEE, Pareto and MTBF show whether it will happen again. While the line runs ## Production reports itself, minute by minute The chain above starts when something stops. Most of a shift is the other case: the order is running, and the plant needs to know how it is going without anyone walking the floor with a clipboard. ### What is running, and what is next The order reaches the line with its quantity, its deadline and its place in the queue, so the station shows what to make now and the office sees where the order stands. ### How many, and how good Good units and scrap are counted at the terminal as the shift goes, against the plan, rather than against a figure reconstructed the next morning. ### Why it stopped The operator names the stop the moment it happens, changeover, material or breakdown, and the minutes add up per line, machine and reason instead of becoming "the line was down for a while". ### What the shift was worth OEE per line and shift, with availability, performance and quality behind it, and the losses ranked by what they cost, so the first fix is the one that pays. Production ## The order, the machine and the number [All modules](https://mesonify.com/modules) Production puts the order on the line, Terminal is the screen the operator runs it from, and Dashboard says what the shift was worth. Roads, lighting, buildings and green spaces go into one register, groups keep each department to its own work, and the dashboard shows the mayor's office any district over any period. The crews that keep a town running need the day's jobs on a phone, not a printout. Jobs arrive with a location, a photo and a priority, crews close them with the time spent and the materials used, and the depot board shows what is open and who has it. Pumping stations and treatment plants stay out of sight until they fail. Pressure, flow and level readings from sensors reach Mesonify through your gateway, a rule opens the job when a pump crosses your limit, and every pump keeps its history, documents and the parts it has used. Every report of a dark street light starts with the question of which one. Each column or circuit carries a QR code, so the report opens on the right one with its history, and lamps, drivers and fuses are kept in stock with a minimum that raises the purchase request. Pools, stadiums, theatres and libraries open to the public on a timetable. Safety inspections of stands, stage equipment and pool plant run on schedules with pass or fail results and printable protocols, and a fault found before opening goes to the top of the queue. Council housing is kept up on a public budget, and residents expect an answer. Every repair is a job on the flat or the building with its cost, recurring gas, electrical and lift checks run on schedules, and the history is ready when a resident, an auditor or the council asks. One report, start to finish ## From a dark street to a costed job ### The report lands on the asset A crew member scans the QR code on the lighting column, or a system the town already runs sends the report through the API. A job left unassigned for too long is flagged by an automation before it turns into a complaint. ### The material comes out of the store The crew books the lamp and the driver out of stock against the job. The API covers the platform: what the app can do, an integration can do too, within the permissions of the key it uses. ### Machine data in Readings from a gateway, a controller or another system land on the tracked values of a device and drive Rules. ### Work in Another system raises a job in Mesonify, with the same fields a person would fill in by hand. ### Stock moves in Issue or book in parts, by count or by serial number, so the shelf matches reality without anyone typing it twice. ### Assets in Your ERP or asset master owns the equipment list. Create devices and keep names, locations and serial numbers in step, so both sides hold the same register. ### Production orders in Your ERP or planning system dispatches an order to the floor: what to make, how many, by when and on which line. ### Live output in Counts and stop reasons from the line or its controller, so output and downtime come from the machine rather than from a tally sheet. ### Work out Read jobs back with their state, times, costs and the parts they used, into your own reporting or a data warehouse. ### Numbers out Stock on hand against its minimums, and the maintenance figures behind the dashboard, straight into Power BI or whatever you report in. ### Condition out Pull the history of a tracked value, vibration, temperature or pressure, into your own trending or a predictive model. Every call is authenticated with an API key generated in the app, and each key carries its own permissions. Need a flow the cards do not show? Tell us what should move and we will tell you what it takes. ## Systems our customers run alongside - [Custom integration](https://mesonify.com/contact) These are the systems customers keep next to Mesonify and connect through the API. There is no per-vendor connector to buy and nothing to install. ## What the sensors on the floor speak Condition monitoring sensors talk to your gateway over IO-Link, PROFINET or Modbus, and the gateway pushes their readings to Mesonify through the API. The logos are the protocols your hardware speaks, not products we resell. ## See it running on your own plant. Ask for a demo on your own production data. Start from a template, test it on a real record, and read what every run did. [Request a demo](https://mesonify.com/demo) [All modules](https://mesonify.com/modules) An automation is three steps: - When something happens - If your conditions hold - Then the actions run Device went down WHENTrigger the status of a device changesDevice status IFConditions - StatusisNon-Operational - ANDPrevious statusisOperationalTHENActions - Create eventType: Fault, Priority: High, Deadline: +1 day - Send notificationPush and e-mail, role: Maintenance ## What it does ### When, if, then Three cards, read from the top down: what starts the automation, the conditions that have to hold and the actions it runs, in the order you list them. No code anywhere. ### Any record, any change An event, a device or its status, a part, an order, a request or a nonconformance is created, changes or is deleted. Narrow a change to one field, or to a field reaching a value. ### Every hour, whatever is open The hourly check looks at every open event, order, request and nonconformance, which is how a deadline two days away or a fault nobody has taken gets caught. It runs once per record. ### Conditions in plain words Is one of, rose above, fell below, changed from, is within the next, is overdue. Join them with AND or OR, or leave them out and run every time. ### Actions across the platform Notify by push and e-mail, create an event, an order request or a nonconformance, change a device's status, update a field or call a webhook. ### Messages that write themselves Insert a field into a title or a message and each run fills it in from the record that started it, so one automation says something different every time. ## How it works ### Start from a template Device went down, fault unassigned for four hours, part below minimum, deadline in two days, order over the limit. A template fills the automation in, and anything in it can be changed. ### Say when, if and then Pick the record and what has to happen to it, add the conditions, then list the actions in the order they should run. ### Test it on a real record Pick a record and run the test. Nothing is written: you see every condition with the value it read, and the message each person would get. ### Switch it on Every run is listed with what each action did and a link to what it created. A run the once-per-record limit held back is listed too. Other systems ## Started from outside, and reporting back An automation does not have to wait for something to change in Mesonify. Your ERP or a sensor gateway can start one, and an automation can tell those systems what it did. ### A webhook request starts it The other system sends a request to the automation's own address, with its key. Name a record and the automation runs for it; name none and it runs on the values the request carried. ### Values from the request A temperature or a sensor ID sent with the request can be compared in the conditions and written into the notification, the event or the nonconformance it raises. ### Signed on the way out Call a webhook sends the automation, the run and the record as JSON, signed with a secret, so the receiving system can tell the request really came from your Mesonify. ### Safe to send twice A request sent again with the same idempotency key counts once, and an outgoing call that fails for a moment is tried again, up to three attempts in all. The key is shown once, when it is created. Only its fingerprint is kept, so a lost key is replaced rather than recovered. In control ## Automation you can see into Something that acts on its own has to be easy to check. Each automation keeps a record of what it did, and says so when it stops doing it. ### Runs you can read When it ran, for which record and how it ended. Open a run to see each action, the error if one failed, and the event, request, nonconformance or device it touched. ### Told when it stops working An automation whose last three runs failed is marked as needing attention, and whoever created it gets a push and an e-mail that opens it. ### Held back, never silent A run stopped by the once-per-record limit is listed as skipped, so a throttled automation is told apart from an idle one. Automations that start each other are stopped before they loop. ### Its name on its work An event or a nonconformance it raises names the automation as its creator, and a status it changes shows in the device's history like one set by hand. Automations sit behind a permission of their own. An automation writes with system rights, so it can change a field its author could not change by hand. Nobody fills in a sheet. ### Choose your widgets Pick which widgets a workstation shows and in what order, and filter them all at once: one date range, one set of locations and groups. ### Chase the loss Open the Pareto, click a reason and see the stops behind it, the machines they hit and what they cost. Any widget pops onto a second screen for the corridor. Stop reasons ## A loss you can name is a loss you can fix OEE is only as good as the reasons behind the stops. The list is yours, and the Terminal makes naming a stop faster than ignoring it. ### Your own list Tool change, material wait, setup, sensor fault, operator: the reasons your plant already talks about, grouped the way you group them. ### Planned or unplanned Each reason is one or the other, so a break or a planned changeover lowers nothing and a jam lowers availability. ### The machine names its own A stop that a Rule detected carries the sensor reading that triggered it, so the operator confirms rather than guesses. ### Red lines on the wall Set a target per line and the board turns red the moment the shift falls under it. Stops raised as faults become work orders in Events, so the minutes lost and the repair that ended them stay on the same device record. Schedules and rules create the same kind of job without anyone typing. ### It gets an owner From New the job is assigned to a person or a group. The checklist, the files and the parts already reserved travel with it, and high priority moves it to the top of the queue. ### It gets done The technician ticks the checklist off task by task, adds the parts used by name, part number or serial number, records external costs and completes with a summary and the files the job requires. ### It gets checked A supervisor checks the event or returns it to New with a comment. Low stock can raise requests automatically. ### Ordering on the part Order from the part itself, with the supplier, the quantity and the delivery you expect, then take the delivery in, accepting what arrived and rejecting the rest with a reason. ### Serial-number tracking Per-item serial numbers with generation rules, in-stock or dispatched status and individual item history. ### Full movement ledger Every restock, pick, usage and write-off recorded with quantity and value. QR codes jump straight to a part. ## How it works ### Describe the part Part number, name, photo, location down to the exact spot, classification, estimated delivery time, and the minimum and low thresholds that colour the table. ### Decide how it is tracked Non-unique parts carry a quantity. Unique parts carry a serial number each, generated from your prefix and starting number, or typed in when the supplier sets them. ### Move it only through the actions Request, order, pick, restock, write off and return. Each has its own permission and each is written to the part history with quantity and value. ### Let it ask for itself Below the minimum, the part raises a purchase request on its own where configuration says so. The open requests and the orders already placed stay on the part, so whoever buys sees what is waiting and what is on the way. Click through to assign, complete or open the full detail. ### Smart clustering Zoomed out, nearby pins group into clusters that inherit the worst status and flag open faults. ### Simple editing Click to place pins, drag to move them, choose displayed values and filter by team groups. ## How it works ### Upload the floor plan Any plan of your hall becomes the map. Pan and zoom across it, reset the view when you are lost. ### Drop the pins In edit mode, click the plan to add a pin and drag it to move it. Each pin is bound to a device, or left empty until that device exists. ### Choose what a pin says Live operational status colours the pin, the tracked values you pick appear beside it, and open faults show as a counter on top of it. ### Use it as a control room Zoomed out, nearby pins group into clusters that take the worst status among them. Click through to assign, complete or open the full detail. Layout and digital twin ## The state of every machine and line, live The plan stops being a drawing of the hall and becomes the picture of what the plant is doing right now. ### Real time, not this morning Every device on the plan carries its own operational status, so the state of a line is one glance rather than a walk and three phone calls. ### Easier to talk about A shared picture shortens handovers, stand-ups and escalations. Production, maintenance and management point at the same plan and decide from the same facts. ### A better read on production Where the faults sit, which area is loaded, what has been running warm since the morning shift. The plan answers it without anyone building a report. Pins carry the values you pick next to them: air flow in m³/h, energy in kWh, vibration as RMS and peak per axis. Order or restock directly from the board. ### Live activity feed The latest stock movements streamed to the board, with click-through to any event or part detail. ## How it works ### Hang it on the wall Fullscreen mode, font size up or down, and a location filter, so every hall or line can run a board of its own. ### Watch the shift New and assigned faults with live counts, priorities and device status, beside the shift figures: average repair time, average waiting time and completed count, reset when the shift turns over. ### Watch the shelf Switch to the inventory board for stock health and open orders as charts, the parts that need a decision under them, and every stock movement as it happens. Events monitoring ## The first board watches the shift The Events board is the shift as it stands: the faults reported since it started, which of them somebody has picked up, and how long the rest have been waiting. ### What nobody has taken yet The faults still unassigned stand in one table, the ones somebody is already on in the other. Each row carries its priority, the device and where it is, and the counts move as the shift does. ### How long it waited Average waiting time says how long a fault sat before anyone took it, average repair time how long the fix then ran, and completed says what the shift has actually closed. ### Your shift, not a calendar month The hour work starts and how long a shift runs are set in configuration, so the figures clear when the shift turns over. What is on the wall describes the people standing in front of it. ### Open the fault from the board Any row opens as the full fault, with its photos, checklist and history, so whoever is watching can act on it instead of walking off to find it. The board watches fault reports, not planned work: inspections and scheduled jobs stay in Events and on the calendar, so what hangs on the wall is what went wrong today. Inventory monitoring ## The second board watches the shelf Switch from Events to Inventory and the same screen answers the other question that stops a shift: which parts are running out, and what has already been done about it. ### Stock health at a glance One chart splits every part into sufficient, low and insufficient quantity. The other splits open demand into what has been ordered and what nobody has ordered yet. ### The parts that need a decision Every part with an open request, an open order or a quantity under its minimum, sorted by requests, then orders, then how far the stock has fallen. Quantity, requested and ordered stand side by side. ### Order without leaving the board Raise the order from the row, restock the part when it arrives, or open the part detail for the rest of its history. ### Every movement, as it happens The activity history lists what took stock out - usage, pick, write off - and what put it back, restock and return, with the time, the person and the quantity. It is the same stock the Inventory module keeps and the same orders the Orders module raises, seen the way a shift needs it. Switch on "create request on low stock" and the request the shortage raises appears on the board too. The report says whose turn it is and what is still missing, and every step stays in its history. [Request a demo](https://mesonify.com/demo) [All modules](https://mesonify.com/modules) ## What it does ### Whose turn it is A banner at the top of the report names the next step, says whether it is yours or whose it is, and lists the fields still missing. Completing a step notifies whoever the next one waits on. ### Evidence in the report What deviated, measured, against the requirement it failed, with photos and tables placed in the description. Quantities affected and inspected, serial numbers, and the device, part or supplier it concerns. ### Contained and decided Hold the affected item and record where. Classify the nonconformance and say why, then decide its fate: use as is, rework, repair, regrade, scrap or return to supplier, with the justification. ### Actions that get checked Containment, correction, investigative, corrective and preventive actions, each with an assignee and a due date. Reminders come the day before and every day overdue, and each action is verified or sent back. ### The customer in the loop Record that the customer was informed, add their responses as they arrive and note their decision. The template runs this step always, never, or only for major nonconformances. ### Your own templates A template decides which steps run, who is responsible for each, which fields are required and whether closing needs a signature. A report keeps the template it was raised under. ## How it works ### Report it Name what is wrong, when it was detected and by whom, and link the device, the part or the supplier. Keep it as a private draft, or submit it and it gets its number. ### Contain and decide Stop the item being used, classify the nonconformance and decide what happens to it. Each step is completed by the person or role the template names, and a step already behind you can still be amended, with every change logged. ### Remove the cause Find out why it happened, by whichever method you use, then assign the actions that stop it happening again. The step cannot be completed while an action is still open. ### Verify and close Check that the actions worked, sum up what was learned and sign. The closed report is read only, and reopening it takes a reason. The record ## A report that holds up in an audit A nonconformance report is evidence, so it is kept as evidence: complete, in the order it happened, and readable by someone who was not there. ### Every step in the history Who completed each step and when, every amended field, every skipped step with its reason, and every action, comment and file. ### Printed as a report The PDF carries your logo and prints the description, the internal and customer review, verification and close-out, and the signature of whoever closed it when the template asks for one. ### A hundred side by side Export the list to a spreadsheet: one row per report, each step in a cell of its own, filtered the way the list is. ### Never deleted A closed report is a quality record and cannot be deleted. One raised in error is cancelled with a reason and stays visible. Mesonify certifies nobody. It keeps the record an auditor asks to see, in the order it happened. One platform ## Raised from the record that showed the problem A nonconformity rarely starts in the quality office. The report is tied to the rest of Mesonify, so it can start from the machine, the part or the delivery where the problem appeared. ### Tied to what it concerns Link the report to the device, the inventory part or the supplier it concerns, and filter the list by supplier when you review who delivers what. ### Raised by an automation A delivery rejected at goods receipt raises a supplier nonconformance on its own, linked to the order. A fault reported under your quality classification raises one linked to the event and its device. Each is submitted under the next number. ### Raised by another system A test station or an ERP reports a failed check with a webhook request, and the automation it starts opens the report in Mesonify. ### Followed as it moves An automation can act each time a report moves on to another step, such as telling the people now responsible for it. Raising a report from an automation needs the Automations module. Raising one by hand needs nothing else. Approvals with urgency and deadlines, and a guard against ordering what you already have. [Request a demo](https://mesonify.com/demo) [All modules](https://mesonify.com/modules) ## What it does ### Approval workflow Draft, send for approval, approve or reject, resend and order, with urgency levels, deadlines and a waiting-for-you indicator. ### Over-ordering guard Adding an item that is already in stock, ordered or requested raises a clear confirmation with the exact quantities. ### Raised where the need appears A request starts on the Requests tab, from a part in the warehouse, or automatically from a job that needs parts the shelf does not have. ### Drafts, deadlines and files Save a draft only you can see. Set the supplier, a currency, an estimated delivery in days and a deadline, and attach the files that belong to it. ### Ordered, then closed An approved request is ordered and completes when the order that fulfils it completes. Its history keeps every action and each item's fulfilment. ### Everyone hears about it New, approved, rejected, ordered, item resolved, completed: every step notifies the people it concerns. ## How it works ### A request before an order Items from stock or free text, a supplier, urgency and a deadline. Save it as a draft only you can see, or send it straight for approval. ### Approve or send it back Approvers approve or reject with a reason. A rejected request can be corrected and sent again, and the person who raised it is notified at every step. ### Ordered from the request Approved requests are ordered from the request itself, and requests to the same supplier can be merged into a single order. ### Closed when the parts arrive The request tracks only what it asked for: it completes with the order that fulfils it, and each item shows whether it arrived. Auto-numbered orders with quantities, delivery dates, goods receipt and invoicing. [Request a demo](https://mesonify.com/demo) [All modules](https://mesonify.com/modules) ## What it does ### Structured orders Auto-numbered, multi-item orders. Approved requests from the same supplier merge into a single order. ### Goods receipt Deliver, restock or partially reject items with reasons. An order completes only when everything is restocked. ### Invoicing and late flags Track invoice numbers and spot orders past their estimated delivery at a glance. ### Items from stock or free text Order inventory parts or free-text items, each with quantity, price, manufacturer and its own estimated delivery date. ### One document per purchase Supplier from the register or free text, groups, currency, description and files, under an order number the system can generate itself. ### Closed means closed Complete an order only when every item is restocked, cancel it only while nothing is. A closed order is read only and keeps its history. ## How it works ### Start it yourself, or from a request Raise an order directly whenever you need one. Approved requests from the same supplier can merge into a single order instead, so nothing is retyped. ### One order, tracked to the item An auto-numbered order carries quantities, prices, a manufacturer and an estimated delivery date on each item. ### Receive what really came Deliver, restock, or reject an item back onto the order with a reason. A partial delivery leaves the order open with the rest still outstanding. ### Close it with the invoice Record the invoice number and complete the order once everything is on the shelf. Until then, anything past its estimated delivery is flagged as late. The floor sees what is running now and what comes next. ### Operations, not just orders Split an order into operations across machines, each with its own setup time, cycle time and status. ### Progress against plan Good units, scrap and elapsed time come back from the Terminal and stand against the planned quantity, live. ### Due dates that warn early An order that will not make its deadline at the current pace turns amber before the shift ends, not after it. ### The record stays on the order When the order closes, its stops, its counts, its operators and the machines it ran on stay with it for traceability. ## How it works ### Plan it Enter the order or let the ERP push it: product, quantity, due date, line. Split it into operations where more than one machine is involved. ### Send it to the line The order joins the queue on the line's Terminal in the sequence you choose. Reorder the queue and the floor sees the change at once. ### Watch it run Counts, stops and time against plan on the shop-floor board and in the office, the same figures for both. ### Close it with its history The finished order carries what was made, what was scrapped, where it stopped and who ran it. Nothing to type up afterwards. [Request a demo](https://mesonify.com/demo) [All modules](https://mesonify.com/modules) ## What it does ### Threshold logic Watch any tracked value with conditions you define: above, below, equals or true-false comparisons. ### Captured at the point of work Values recorded when technicians complete scheduled events trigger rules instantly, closing the loop from device to work order. ### Pre-configured rule events The generated fault or activity arrives ready to action, with name, type, priority, classification and description preset. ### Deadlines on alerts Each rule event carries a completion deadline in days and is flagged red when it slips. ### Checklists included The corrective procedure ships with the alert as a step-by-step checklist with info text and files. ### Trigger tracking A filterable rule register shows how often each rule has fired and when it fired last. ## How it works ### Pick the value One rule watches one tracked value on one device: a pressure, a temperature, a count of hours, a text state or a yes and no flag. ### Set the comparison Greater than or less than for numbers, equals or not equals for text, is true or is false for flags, against the comparison value you choose. ### Prepare the response The event the rule will create is written in advance: name, Fault or Activity, classification, group, priority, whether files are required at completion, description and checklist. ### Let it fire The value arrives when a technician completes scheduled work, or from another system through the API. If the comparison holds, the event is created and lands in the queue. Condition monitoring ## Where the values come from A rule is only as good as the reading behind it. Three routes bring readings in, and all three trigger the same rules. ### Sensors on the machine Temperature, vibration, pressure, flow or level sensors on IO-Link, PROFINET or Modbus, read by your gateway and sent to Mesonify. ### Technicians at the job A value written down when a scheduled event is completed is checked against the rules the moment it is saved. ### Systems you already run Anything that can call the REST API can send readings for a device: one endpoint, one API key. Whichever route a value takes, the rule compares it against the threshold you set and creates the job you prepared. One schedule can cover several devices. ### Tolerance windows Events generate ahead of the deadline and stay valid for a set number of days after it before being flagged overdue. ### Planning strategies Plan the next event from the last deadline or from the actual completion date, whichever fits the asset. ### Ready-made event templates Priority, classification, estimated work time and required completion files preset, including electrical-safety revisions. ### Checklists Step-by-step tasks with info text and attached files on every generated event. ### Revision deadlines Electrical-safety revisions run as schedules. Each one comes due on its own deadline with the tolerance you allow, so the date is never kept in someone's spreadsheet. ## How it works ### Describe the work once The schedule holds the whole job: name, classification, device, module and component, group, priority, estimated work time, description and checklist. ### Set the rhythm Daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, repeating every N periods, ending on a date or after a number of runs. A schedule that has run its course is marked as ended. ### Give it room Events are generated ahead of the deadline, early in the morning, and stay acceptable for the tolerance in days you allow. The next one is planned from the last deadline or from actual completion. ### Ask for proof Require a file and the job cannot be closed without one, with the checklist ticked through as well. Anything that does not fit a delivery is marked as not applicable. ### Rated when the order closes Rate a supplier from the register, or right when you complete their order, while the delivery is still fresh. ### Approval that follows the rating The ratings set the approval status on their own, so who the company may buy from follows the deliveries rather than someone's memory. ### Rating history Every rating is kept with its description, so a score is a record of deliveries and not an opinion. ### Used wherever you buy The same register serves orders, requests and the warehouse, so one supplier stands behind the request, the order and the shelf. ## How it works ### Keep the register One record per company: who they are, where they deliver, which certificates they hold and how they are paid. ### Rate on your own criteria Score each criterion with a description, or mark it as not applicable when it does not fit the delivery. The criteria are yours, and you add the ones you need. ### Let the history choose Ratings pile up into a record you can compare, and the approval status follows from them, so the next order goes to a supplier the numbers stand behind. Setup, run and pause times record themselves. ### Counts and scrap Good units and rejects with a tap, or automatically from a counter on the machine, with the rejection reason kept. ### Stop reasons at the moment When the machine stops, the Terminal asks why. One tap on a reason from your own list and the stop is explained. ### Maintenance one tap away A fault reported from the Terminal becomes an event with the device, the order and the operator already on it. ### Instructions where the work is The drawing, the setup sheet and the checklist of the current operation, on the same screen as the counts. ## How it works ### Sign in at the station A PIN or a badge, so every count and every stop carries the operator's name and the shift it belongs to. ### Run the order Take the next order from the queue, start it, and count good units and scrap as they come off the machine. ### Explain the stop The machine stops, the Terminal asks for a reason, the operator taps one. Minutes and reason go straight into the OEE on the Dashboard. ### Call for help One tap raises a fault with the device, the order and the operator on it. It counts which of its pages are read and, with your permission, records how they are used. The only other personal data it handles is what you type into the contact form. Last updated: 2026-09-18 ## Who is responsible Mesonify s.r.o. decides why and how the data described here is used. The registered seat, the company ID and the VAT number are in the imprint. Write to [info@mesonify.com](mailto:info@mesonify.com) with any question about this notice or about your data. ## What the site collects on its own No tracking pixels, no social buttons, no videos from other sites. Fonts are served from this site. The one thing that reaches a third party is the counting described in the next section, and nothing else leaves the page. ## Cookies and how we count visits With your permission we use PostHog, run for us in Frankfurt by PostHog Inc. under a data processing agreement. A cookie named ph_..._posthog then holds a random identifier for twelve months, so that a return visit counts as the same visitor, and we record the pages you open, where you came from, what you click, and a replay of how the page moved under your pointer. Every form field is hidden in the replay before it leaves your browser, so we never see what you typed, and none of it is linked to a name or an e-mail address. The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time under "Cookie settings" in the footer, which deletes the identifier. Until you choose, and if you decline, the counting stores nothing at all on your device. PostHog turns your IP address and browser identification into an anonymous number that changes every day and cannot be turned back, and counts the pages opened against it, together with the page you came from and the type of browser. We never see the address, and we cannot recognise you from one day to the next. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which pages of our own site are read and whether the form works. Two cookies are our own, and neither is used to recognise you. mesonify_consent remembers the choice above for twelve months, and is set only when you click one of the two buttons. mesonify_lang remembers which language you read the site in, so that a later visit opens in it: it is written when you pick a language, and on a first visit when your browser asks for one of ours and we open that version for you. Switching language again overwrites it. One more thing goes to PostHog in both cases: if a script on a page fails, we send the error, the page it happened on and the type of browser, so that we can fix it. A page that is broken is broken whether or not you accepted anything, the report describes our own code rather than you, and nothing you have typed into a form is part of it. ## The contact form The form asks for your name, your company, your work e-mail and what you would like to see. A demo request also asks which areas of the platform interest you. We store those together with the language of the page, the browser identification your device sends with the request and the time it arrived. The form posts to a function we run in the European Union, and the request is stored in a database in the same region. Only our team can read it, and we use it to answer you and to prepare a demo if that is what you asked for. Sending the form is also counted as an event, with the page it was sent from and the language of that page. Nothing of what you wrote is part of it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and the steps you ask us to take before any contract. We keep a request while we are in contact and for up to 24 months after the last exchange, then delete it. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will. ## Hosting and server logs The site is hosted by Google. Like any web host, Google records requests, including IP addresses, to deliver pages and to keep the site secure. We do not use those logs to analyse visitors. The videos, and the still image shown before one plays, are also served by Google. The image loads with the page and the video only when you press play, and neither sets a cookie. ## Your rights You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict that use. Write to [info@mesonify.com](mailto:info@mesonify.com) and we will answer. For visits we hold no identifier that leads to a person, so there is nothing for us to look up about a visitor. Your choice about cookies is changed under "Cookie settings" in the footer. You can also complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live or where we are established. ## Changes If we add another tool or another purpose that handles personal data, this page is updated before it goes live. --- --- title: Use cases - Mesonify url: https://mesonify.com/use-cases lang: en --- Use cases # The jobs people actually bring us Every one of these is somebody real asking for something specific: a line that stopped and nobody logged why, a fault that has to reach a technician, a part nobody can find, an approval sitting in a mailbox. The threshold is yours to set. ### The rule writes the job When the value crosses, a fault or activity is created with its name, type, classification, priority and corrective checklist already filled in. ### Act before the stop The job appears on the shop-floor board and in the queue, and the rule register shows how often each rule fired and when it last did. What you can put a sensor on ## The parameters that move before the machine stops Condition monitoring watches machine parameters such as vibration, temperature or oil quality, to catch the change that says a fault is forming. ### Motors and drives Temperature and vibration sensors mounted directly on the motor or the drive. ### Pumps and compressors Pressure and flow sensors that show the condition of the pump or the compressor. ### The space around them Temperature, humidity and ambient pressure sensors for the environment the equipment stands in. ### Tanks and silos Capacitive, radar or ultrasonic sensors for level measurement.
